Sales & Administrative Assistant

Location: Accra, Ghana
Reports to: Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales & Administrative Assistant to support sales, retail operations, and administrative efficiency at Atto Tetteh.

This role is critical in maintaining exceptional client experience, operational discipline, and brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Support sales activities to retain key clients

  • Build strong customer relationships

  • Track and report monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance

  • Contribute to expanding Atto Tetteh’s customer base

Shop & Stockist Management

  • Ensure the shop is fully stocked and visually maintained

  • Manage relationships with retailers and stockists

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

  • Account for daily cash and sales accurately

  • Maintain premium in-store standards

Administration & Bookkeeping

  • Record and track all orders and deliveries accurately

  • Maintain inventory and order books

  • Ensure accurate financial record keeping

  • Support salary processing

  • Serve as final quality check before product dispatch
